Enabling the doctor to supply a wearable that can collect data from the wrist and collecting the patients temperature, blood oxygen level, Heart rate, Blood Pressure, Activity, Sleep, Abnormal heart rate, glucose monitoring, and can also monitor emergencies from anywhere that has cellular service. The watch can also collect measurements from other home monitoring equipment that Clovis supplies like their pill dispenser, glucose meter and weight scale. The watch gives patients the freedom to live their lives without the need to worry about testing their vitals. All that is required is for them to wear the D R watch. The doctor can write a referral to Clovis, and we will supply the technical portion of RPM, that includes the cellular watch and all related expenses. Clovis will bill CPT Code 99454 and be reimbursed directly from Medicare. Included with our technical service is our world-renowned software platform available to also support the clinical service needed to bill Medicare CPT code 99457. our remote registered nurses can supply the clinical requirements and bill the doctors practice for both services. The firmware embedded into the D R Watch is designed to receive blue tooth transmissions from the pill dispenser and the other standalone products then upload the collected data to the health cloud using cellular service built into the watch. The DR Watch will remind the host when it is time to take their medication and record the time and date when the medication was taken. As the patients’ medical Professional, the DR Watch can supply me with information that is traditionally not available remotely from the patient’s home. Knowing if and when the medication is taken is good information, fifty percent of people who arrive in the emergency room over the age of sixty-five is related to being under or over medicated. Smart Diabetes glucose meter is FDA approved and designed for home monitoring use. The meter and software has too many features to discuss all of them in this video. However, the meter exceeds all the requirements a doctor would want and there is no need for the patient to use a logbook to record readings. The glucose test results will transfer through blue tooth technology from the meter to the DR Watch and then to the health cloud. I can be alerted by text, email or IVR if the patient is trending badly and is in need of assistance. I can also respond to the patient by predefined or customized text, email or speak to them through the watch. Rapid weight gain or loss is important to track it can be a precursor to multiple health problems that can go unnoticed if not recorded and monitored. I will receive a message if my patient breached the weight loss or gain based on thresholds that I preset for them. It isn’t only Clovis products that can connect to the DR Watch. Any blue tooth capable product in the market can have connection with a small amount of cooperation from the manufacturer.
