Your company will be listed in the packaging of the watch as a supplier of the mail order diabetic testing supplies and what Bluetooth meters and CGM meters your company can supply to the user.
Our Offer to Diabetic Supply Companies
Clovis markets directly to the medical professional to write prescriptions to their local pharmacies to supply the health watch and another piece of equipment that best fits the patient’s chronic condition. Primary Care physicians and especially Endos can supply a prescription for the RPM Diabetic Service package we offer.
This combination of the watch and the patient’s existing glucose meter enables the RPM service offered by Medicare and most insurance companies reimburses for Clinical and Technical each month. The doctor will be reimbursed for the Clinical and the technical reimbursement is paid to Clovis. Your company can be paid a recurring monthly income of $3.40 per patient monthly.
The health watch has personal emergency response service (PERS) built into the firmware allowing the service to be turned off and on remotely. PERS offers an additional shared recurring revenue stream of $5.00 per month. Your existing customer base can be onboard to PERS by our call center or yours.
