The Clovis Router generated orders prior to the product being produced. The item was accepted as part of a reimbursement grant for rural America. The Pilot has started and already the hospitals are submitting additional orders. We anticipate to utilize the grant funds of $750,000,000 to launch Clovis. However the Grant is a reimbursable grant and we firstly need to buy inventory prior to the grant being reimbursed.

DOCTORS AWAITING FOR PRODUCT TO START PILOT

Clovis is offering a pilot to 20 doctors who would each agree to sign up 100 patients that have Medicare and co-insurance for Remote Patient Monitoring service. The Clinical and Technical responsivities will be supplied by Clovis which includes a Cellular Router, blood pressure cuff and the software platform for the technical portion of RPM and will also include a remote registered nurse to perform the clinical responsibilities of RPM.

The Clovis software platform combined with Clovis cellular capabilities demonstrates what can be accomplished when connecting the right sources. Three groups of engineers located in the USA, Philippines and India collectively work to build the platform and the firmware that is embedded into the home monitoring equipment prior to leaving the factory. It doesn’t matter what state or country the equipment is sent the Clovis Router will connect to the equipment seamlessly and to the internet directly out of the box. The built in sim card looks for the strongest signal and connect to that service provider automatically.
